Our return policy is sixty days from the date you receive your items. If sixty days have passed since you received your purchase, please email us at [email protected] to get the situation resolved. We will come up with a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in new condition with the tags. It may be used for sizing purposes.
The shipping costs to a return or exchange a product are covered only in United States. International purchases may be exchanged at no extra cost, although the shipping charges will be the buyers responsibility.

We will take care of the return shipping label (United States) to make sure that we get you the correct size. This allows us to know who the package is coming from.

We will honor a return shipping label per request to make sure you get the correct size. We only accept this once. Any additional exchanges, the shipping expenses will need to be paid by the customer.
If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and obtain a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
