Our return policy is thirty days from the date you receive your product. If thirty days have passed since you received your purchase, please email us at [email protected] to get the situation resolved. We will come up with a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in new condition with the tags. It can be used for sizing purposes.
The shipping costs to a return or exchange a product are only covered in United States and Canada. International purchases can be exchanged at no cost, but the shipping charges will be the buyers responsibility.

If you need to exchange your product for a different size or style, please send us an email to [email protected] and request a return shipping label. We will take care of the return shipping label (United States & Canada) to make sure that we get the correct size for you. This allows us to know who the package is coming from.

We will honor you with a return shipping label to make sure that you get the correct size. We will only accept this once. Any additional exchanges, the shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and obtain a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
