Our return policy is thirty days from the date you receive your products. If thirty days have passed since you received your purchase, please email us at [email protected] for assistance.  We will come up with a solution.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in new condition with tags. The product may be used for sizing to try on.  The shipping costs to a return or exchange a product are covered by Amore Jeans in the United States, please email us to request a pre-paid return label.  International purchases may be exchanged at no extra cost, although the shipping charges will be the buyers responsibility.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within three to seven business days.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds

Refunds usually take three to seven business days, depending on your financial provider. If you have not received a refund after seven days from your request, please email us at [email protected].  You may need to contact your financial provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 



If you need to exchange your product for a different size or style, please send us an email to [email protected] and request a return shipping label. We will take care of the return shipping costs in the United States to make sure you get the correct size.

If you choose to send the products at your own cost, please send them to Amore Jeans LLC, 8581 Mac Alpine Rd, Garden Grove CA 92841, United States. Please print out your receipt, and insert it into the package. This allows us to know where the package is coming from.



To return your product, email us at [email protected] to request a pre-paid shipping label.  If you choose to return the products at your own cost, please mail your products to Amore Jeans LLC, 8581 Mac Alpine Rd, Garden Grove CA 92841, United States, with your receipt in the package.

Amore Jeans will cover the shipping costs for one exchange.  For any additional exchanges, the shipping expenses will need to be paid by the customer.  If you are shipping an item, please ensure to obtain a tracking number and/or purchase shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
