Return Policy


If you need to exchange your product for a different size or style, please send us an email to or call us at (714)643-6086 and request a return shipping label.  We will take care of the return shipping costs in the United States.  International purchases can be exchanged at no extra cost, although the shipping expenses will be the buyer's responsibility.

If you choose to send the products at your own cost, please send them to Amore Jeans LLC, 8581 Mac Alpine Rd, Garden Grove, CA 92841, United States.  Please print your receipt and insert it into the package.  The receipt allows us to know where the package is coming from and be sure to obtain a tracking number for the package.

Amore Jeans will cover the shipping costs for one exchange.  For any additional exchanges, the shipping expenses will need to be paid by the buyer.  If you are shipping an item, please ensure to obtain a tracking number and purchase shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Our return policy is thirty days from the date you receive your products.  If thirty days have passed since you received your purchase, please email us at or call (714)643-6086 for assistance.

For returns, your product must be in new condition with tags.  The product may be used for sizing to try on.  Amore Jeans in the United States pays the shipping costs to return a product.  Please email us to request a pre-paid return label.  International purchases may be returned, although the shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within three to seven business days.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Late Or Missing Refunds

Refunds usually take three to seven business days, depending on your financial institution.  If you have not received a refund after seven days from your request, please email us at  You may need to contact your financial institution.  It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
